Architectural and design services from study to implementation,
Letting management and arranging the occupancy of the property,
implementation of 2 extensive green roofs, which improve the surrounding microclimate of the building, cool and humidify the environment, reduce dust and prevent the spread of noise,
management and maintenance of the property, including the provision of minor customized building modifications and face-lift space (revitalization of the facade, construction of a barrier-free elevator, implementation of new social facilities in the basement of the building).
